Dr. Sina Bahramirad is a Human Resources professor with over 7 years of teaching and research experience in post-graduate level and various management areas. Sina joined the Pilon School of Business as a professor since 2017 and has become a full-time Professor since 2019. He has also taught at the Gordon S. Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph. He has taught courses both in both undergrad and graduate levels.

Sina has also several years of research experience, and has presented at numerous conferences in Canada and internationally. He also has over 10 years of experience as a software developer and IT consultant. He has been involved with the development of Ontario Hazelnut cost of production online financial tool as the main designer and developer.

In terms of education, Sina holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Lang School of Business at the University of Guelph, where he was the recipient of several scholarships and awards. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University Putra in Malaysia, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering.

Sina's current research interests are in the area of accountability and Open Government where he focuses on the innovation in public sector governance and its implications on accountability relationships.
