I'm an international student and I will be graduating soon. Can I renew my guard.me insurance?
Yes. When you are a recent graduate, you are eligible to apply for guard.me Canada coverage.
You must apply within 30 days of your guard.me policy expiry date. If you miss the deadline, you will not be eligible to apply for graduate coverage.
Before you apply, review the plan that is available to you, as it may not be the same plan that you have had throughout school.
There is a minimum purchase requirement, and the most you can purchase as a recent graduate is one year.

I'm an international Sheridan graduate and I'm looking for a Canadian medical clinic. Where should I look?
Please use the guard.me Canadian Clinic location tool to find a clinic that you can visit in-person.
You can also use mobileDOCTOR by guard.me, which allows you to connect with Canadian doctors on Maple — a telemedicine company — as part of your health benefits. Maple provides access to doctors, Canada-wide, on your phone, tablet or computer anytime, anywhere.
Seeing a doctor on Maple is safe and reliable and can prevent the need to go to a walk-in clinic or Emergency Room.
