Matthew Dinian (MAcc, CPA, CMA, CMC) is a professor in the faculty of Accounting at Sheridan College. In his current position Matthew teaches Corporate Finance, Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting and Information Technology.
Matthew has 25+ years of experience in the areas of business development, corporate finance, financial modeling and system development; within large to medium size companies, advising senior management through strategic initiatives involving due diligence, valuation, capital budgeting and capital-intensive project studies, development & execution, audit and assurance, regulatory compliance and business continuity.
He has worked extensively with clients in several industries including energy, investment, retail, management services, manufacturing, and leisure and not-for-profit sectors.
His professional interests are Financial Reporting, Financial Planning, Analysis & Modeling, Financial advisory, Investment Analysis & Valuation, System enhancement, Capital & Cost Management, Start-up Business, Project Management and ERP.
