Chrisoula Benak

Chrisoula has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Greek Literature from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education in Curriculum Studies from Brock University, a Teaching English as a Second Language Certificate from the University of Toronto, and most recently earned a Master of Arts in Cultural Studies and Critical Theory from McMaster University.   She has been a faculty member at Sheridan since 1997 and a full-time faculty member in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences since 2006.  She has served as an elected member on Sheridan’s Senate, Program Quality Assurance Committees and Local Academic Council. She teaches courses in English communication, literature, mythology and cultural studies.
