Weijing Ma received her BSc. in Electrical Engineering from Nanjing University. She went on and earned her MSc and Ph. D degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
Before joining Sheridan, Weijing held a Mitacs Elevate fellowship working as a research fellow at the University of Toronto. Since 2014, she has been with the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Sheridan’s Faculty of Applied Science and Technology.
Weijing’s main research area is biomedical signal processing, imaging processing, and magnetic resonance imaging. Her other research interests include current density imaging, electromagnetic field analysis, compressed sensing, biomedical signal acquisition and inverse problems.
Weijing has served on a number of professional and administrative committees and has published more than 20 journal and international conference articles.
