 Flordeliza Laperal is a graduate of the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas (UST) in the Philippines. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Science major in Architecture. Passed the Architect Licensure Examination in the Philippines and was accepted as a corporate member of the United Architects of the Philippines. She worked for the government under the flagship of the Philippine National Construction Company of the Philippines. Involved in several government projects including the construction of the Light Rail Transit in Manila. Right after the LRT project was finished, she was hired as Senior Architect at the Perpetual Help University.

 Flordeliza immigrated to Canada, where she completed Computer Applications in Architecture at the University of Toronto. She worked with several prestigious companies like Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), Petroff Partnership Architects (PPA), involved in the design and construction of Walmart Stores across Canada. She was one of the pioneer members of the United Architects of the Philippines - Ontario Chapter and served as president for 2 years.

 Later on, she left her day job and focused on teaching as her way of giving back to the community. Flordeliza is a passionate educator and has been teaching for 13 years now. In her own words. “I love to share all the knowledge I have learned throughout the years with my students. I don’t expect anything in return, but for them to be successful and pay it forward to the next generation”.
