Ahmad Akhtari Tuli has been teaching full-time in Interior Design program since 2007. Before teaching at Sheridan, she worked for established Interior Design and Architecture firms in Atlanta, Phoenix, and Minneapolis. Her projects included high-end residential design, healthcare, and facilities planning. She also taught at Arizona State University as a Teaching Assistant from 2005-2007. She was awarded the Full Fellowship Award at Arizona State University in 2005 and graduated with Summa Cum Laude from Minnesota State University (2004).
Teaching Interests
Interior Design Studio, Manual Drafting, Drawing, Colour, and Materials, and Lighting.
Research Interests
Ahmad is passionate about research projects. Her thesis research project focused on Lighting for the built environment.
