Our capacity to do amazing things in this world begins in these beautiful brains of ours, but we pay a price for this biological real estate in that we have a natural inclination to focus on what's wrong or what will go wrong.  This can cause us to spiral down. However, the evidence is clear that when we train our brains to focus upstream more often, we can cultivate habits that build our well-being in more proactive ways.

We've been through a lot these past few years and naturally we've needed to focus our attention on the prevention of illness and disease. Health is more than the absence of illness and it's not only possible to be mindful of disease management and prevention WHILE focusing on spiraling up.

In this workshop, we'll share the art and science of how to take more control and spiral up in our sense of well-being and ease.
