Q: Who is eligible to participate in the survey?

A: All students who are enrolled in post-secondary/post-diploma/degree programs, and are in their second semester of study and beyond, will have the opportunity to participate in the survey.

Q: Are accessible survey Formats available?

If you require this survey in an accessible format (braille, large print, phone, audio etc.), please contact or call ext. 2132.

Q: When will the survey be conducted?

A: The Student Satisfaction Survey is completed in three phases during the academic year. The three phases include two advanced surveys in Summer and Fall for students who are unavailable to be surveyed in Winter; and the regular survey in Winter of each year, for all remaining college students enrolled in their second semester and above.
