SSHRC Partners

The Centre for Elder Research currently holds a grant from the Community and College Social Innovation Fund funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) titled, “Building Connected Communities: Improving Community Supports to Reduce Loneliness and Social Isolation in Immigrants 65+". The following community groups are collaborating with us on this work, and executive members of their team are part of the Core Research Collaborative (CRC) that is supporting and guiding the work on this grant:

The Centre for Elder Research has successfully concluded a College and Community Innovation (CCI) grant from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) titled, “Aging in Place: Optimizing Health Outcomes Through Technology, Design and Social Innovation".
