We’re here to support you! As we prepare for the eventual re-opening of our campuses, it’s important to note what services and amenities will be available to you.
We’ve adapted all of our services and outside-the-classroom programming to ensure you feel supported here at Sheridan. Our staff continues to work remotely via phone, chat, video and online support, providing services such as personal counselling, career advising, information technology, library resources, assistance with assignments and citation, tutoring, time management tips and more.

Health Centre hours:
These are subject to change with the current pandemic. Please note HMC students are advised to utilize Davis campus as the HMC Health Centre will be closed for the fall semester due to the pandemic.
Currently by appointment only, no walk-ins. Please call x5153 for Davis campus and x2550 for Trafalgar campus starting on August 31.
We offer all health-related services; you can see a doctor, nurse practitioner or nurse. All appointments will initially be virtual and an in-person appointment will be set up in the event your needs are greater then what can be resolved virtually.

The Bookstore is your on-campus and online source for all your course material requirements, including all course textbooks, course packs, and fine art supplies.
Food services will be closed, effective September 28.
The cafeterias will be open for seating to staff and students. Physical distancing will be enforced.
Remote support will be our primary method of supporting the community whether you are learning or working offsite or learning or teaching onsite in a classroom. IT Services has increased capacity for remote support by streamlining escalation paths so that complex issues are resolved faster.
Remote support will cover all learners, faculty, staff from 7 a.m.– 10 p.m., Mon to Fri at x2150, or via Chat from the IT Website (it.sheridancollege.ca) or by email @ email@example.com

The Library has gone virtual. While the Library and Learning Commons spaces remain closed, Sheridan’s Library & Learning Services teams will be supporting the Sheridan community remotely during our regular hours of operation. Please connect with us via Email or Chat with Us.

Although the Office of the Registrar has moved to remote working, we’re as focused on your success as you are — Sheridan offers a complete range of academic support services.
You will be required to present your Onecard upon entry to the College and you must have your Onecard displayed at all times while on campus. Your Onecard is your official photo identification and access card for Sheridan.
The Onecard office will re-open on September 14 with limited office hours. Visits are by appointment only.
Student study spaces at each campus available for use. Physical distancing, mask/face coverings and hygiene protocols must be followed. Please note signage for maximum capacities for each room.
At Sheridan, there is a Multi-Faith Prayer Room on each campus where all members of the Sheridan community may go to pray, meditate, reflect, or individually worship. Communal services are not currently offered.
When using these rooms, please adhere to the posted occupancy signs and follow good hygiene practices (physical distancing, hand washing and the wearing of a non-medical face mask).
Please bring your own items (prayer mat, book of worship, etc.) and take them with you when you leave. No personal property must be left unattended in these spaces.
This room contains a temporary divider for those requiring the separation of specific groups. This location does not have an ablution room, however many washrooms in C- Wing have foot baths for ablution.
The temporary Multi-Faith Prayer Room has been moved from its previous location in B282. No ablution room is currently available. The permanent Multi-Faith Prayer Room in HMCA is closed at this time.
S434 and S410 rooms are separated by a wall for those requiring the separation of specific groups. Ablution rooms S410a and S410b are closed at this time.

Due to the Provincial Stay at Home Order effective Thursday April 8, 2021 the Xerox Print Centre will be closed to walk ins, but will continue to help you with any printing needs you have through curbside pick up, mailroom drop, or delivery via Purolator.
