Campus Services

We’re here to support you! As we prepare for the eventual re-opening of our campuses, it’s important to note what services and amenities will be available to you.

We’ve adapted all of our services and outside-the-classroom programming to ensure you feel supported here at Sheridan. Our staff continues to work remotely via phone, chat, video and online support, providing services such as personal counselling, career advising, information technology, library resources, assistance with assignments and citation, tutoring, time management tips and more.

If you need support, email askanadvisor@sheridancollege.ca and we’ll connect you with the appropriate support team (e.g., counselling, tutoring, academic accommodations support, advisors, health services, research help, etc.).

Please visit our Modified Services page for more information, including how to connect with the Centre for Student Success, the Career Centre, the Cooperative Education Office, and more.

Office of the Registrar

Although the Office of the Registrar has moved to remote working, we’re as focused on your success as you are — Sheridan offers a complete range of academic support services.

Our staff are available by email or by phone to help you with everything from program information and career advising to admissions questions, financial aid, transcripts, timetables and enrolment letters. Visit myOTR for resources.

Our Contact Centre is only a phone call away: 905-845-9430, Option 4. You can also email your questions to infosheridan@sheridancollege.ca. If you're an applicant or a current student, please use your Sheridan email account when contacting us, and include your Sheridan ID to help us confirm your identity.

    • Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Hazel McCallion Campus (Mississauga): x5709

You will need to provide your onecard and health card or Guard.me card anytime you are accessing the Health Centres.

All Health Centre appointments are initially booked virtually. A nurse, nurse practitioner or physician will meet with you by phone and then determine if an in-person evaluation is required.

At both Trafalgar and Davis Campuses, the Health Centre provides services in CLINIC and in a separate location called the “DRIVE THRU” for quicker procedures.

  • Therefore, for all in-person appointments, please contact the Health Centre directly for instructions on how you should access the campus as procedures have changed at both campuses during COVID. Please arrive early and be prepared for extra screening measures.

We offer COVID-19 testing for students if they meet the following criteria:

  • Symptomatic with COVID-19 symptoms
  • Close contact with COVID-19 positive individuals
  • International students who require COVID testing for placements.

Covid vaccines are available to all Sheridan College students and employees with a booked appointment.
