We’re excited to announce that most of our campus services will be returning to in-person service for the fall term. Our staff are excited to support all facets of life outside the classroom from personal counselling to career advising to information technology to library assistance to tutoring and more.

Health Services
If you think you have contracted or been exposed to COVID-19, or are sick with symptoms, please get tested for COVID-19. While waiting for the results, do NOT come to campus. We recommend using a rapid at-home test, available free of charge from most local pharmacies.
For other health needs, students may call the Health Centres below to book an appointment.

We are not accepting walk-in appointments, but if you call the Health Centre, we will try our best to fit you in on the same day.

You will need to provide your onecard and health card or Guard.me card anytime you are accessing the Health Centres.
All Health Centre appointments are initially booked virtually. A nurse, nurse practitioner or physician will meet with you by phone and then determine if an in-person evaluation is required.

IT Service Desk
Remote support will be our primary method of supporting the community whether you are learning or working off-site or learning or teaching on-campus. IT Services has increased capacity for remote support by streamlining escalation paths so that complex issues are resolved faster.
Service Sheridan Self-Service Portal
Service Sheridan is the go-to site for IT information and services. Current students, staff, and faculty can request IT services, access knowledge articles and customer support channels, monitor IT systems (e.g. "is email down?") and more, by logging in with their Sheridan credentials.
In-Person Support
IT Service counters are NOT OPEN for walk-up support. Appointments can be made for software support and the drop-off and pick-up of IT equipment.

Library & Learning Commons
The Library Learning Commons at Davis, HMC, and Trafalgar will be open for in-person support for the following hours:
Mon to Fri – 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Virtual support will be available:

Fri: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- To borrow library items, search our catalogue and place a hold on items you need. Pick up of holds is by curbside pick up only while campus library locations are closed. Please allow 7 days for this service. You’ll receive an email confirming when your hold is ready for pickup with details on how to book your curbside pick up appointment. Drop boxes to return library items are located at the entrances of the Davis (H Wing) and Trafalgar (SCAET) campuses.
- Short term loans, including textbooks, are not currently available to students. Textbooks can be purchased at the Sheridan Bookstore.
Tutoring and Academic Integrity Remediation appointments can be booked through Tutor Ocean. See Tutoring on Sheridan Central for virtual hours and services.
Digital library materials (e-books, articles/e-journals or databases) are always available 24/7 with your Sheridan credentials. Search the Library to discover all the resources the library has to offer!
If you have questions about doing research, citations, or using library services, our Chat with Us instant messaging service is available during our virtual service hours.
onecard
You will be required to present your onecard upon entry to the College and you must have your onecard displayed at all times while on campus. Your onecard is your official photo identification and access card for Sheridan.

Multi-Faith Prayer Rooms
At Sheridan, there is a multi-faith prayer room on each campus where all members of the Sheridan community may go to pray, meditate, reflect, or individually worship. Communal services are not currently offered.
When using these rooms, please adhere to the posted occupancy signs and follow good hygiene practices (physical distancing, hand washing and the wearing of a non-medical face mask).
Please bring your own items (prayer mat, book of worship, etc.) and take them with you when you leave. No personal property must be left unattended in these spaces.

- This room contains a temporary divider for those requiring the separation of specific groups. This location does not have an ablution room, however many washrooms in C- Wing have footbaths.
