Biography

Wael has consolidated extensive knowledge and experience in higher education and has taught for over a decade at several business schools in North America, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to academia, Wael had more than a decade of industrial experience working in a number of senior executive positions in the manufacturing sector. Wael lead a number of real estate development projects as well as a number of World Bank funded projects. As a training consultant Wael delivered hundreds of hours of tailored training including the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam preparation training. Wael received five academic scholarships including Fulbright and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Lakeshore Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). Wael participated in numerous scholarly activities and he is the author of: “The Asset That Money Can’t Buy”.

Wael earned his PhD from Cleveland State University (US), his MBA from Maastricht School of Management (The Netherlands), and his Bachelor of Engineering from University College London (UK).
