Alison has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for more than 25 years. Her current philosophy is exploring post-structuralism. She has worked both in Canada and Internationally. She has been an advocate for Children's rights. Her focus in the field is promoting Inclusion and diversity for all. A majority of her field work was working with children with special needs. She has presented her work on Adaptive Design, Outdoor Play internationally, and is currently presenting workshops to the community to support understanding of transformational leadership, Pedagogical documentation, and Inclusion and Diversity.
