Your Room and Residence

Sheridan has three on-campus residences: one at Davis Campus and two at Trafalgar Road Campus.

The Davis residence in Brampton houses 358 students.

The Trafalgar residences in Oakville collectively house 824 students.

While our Hazel McCallion Campus in Mississauga doesn’t have its own residence, HMC students can apply to live at the Davis residence and enjoy a quick commute with convenient public transit links.

Facilities and amenities

All Sheridan residences offer comfortable two-bedroom, suite-style accommodations that are fully furnished, air-conditioned and smoke-free.

All residence buildings are secure with controlled-access entry and 24-hour on-site staff.

Your room

Live comfortably in a fully furnished two-bedroom suite with shared kitchenette and washroom.

Your bedroom is approximately 16’ x 9.5’ and includes:

Double XL Bed (54” x 80”)
Desk and chair
Two-drawer dresser
Closet space with storage
High-speed internet

Quad style suites

Our quad occupancy suites are offered at the Davis Residence. These suites will feature the same suite type as our standard two-bedroom suites, but instead of one double bed in each of the bedrooms, each bedroom will now contain a bunk bed.

Each of the two bedrooms in the suite will hold:

1 bunk bed with standard Twin XL mattress, a moveable ladder, and a safety rail installed on the top bunk
1 television
2 desks
2 chairs
1 closet/wardrobe
1 dresser
1 under-bed storage located under the bottom bunk bed

Shared amongst the four occupants of the suite:

Kitchenette with a microwave, full-sized fridge, and a table with seating
Shared three-piece washroom

Please note: Students who are considering the quad style option should be comfortable staying in either the top or bottom bunk bed. The specific bunk location of each student will be on a first come, first serve basis on move-in day or decided prior to move-in day between the incoming students. Overall, there is less storage space per student in the quad occupancy suite as compared to our standard two-bedroom suite. Students who plan to bring a significant number of personal belongings may find this suite style does not meet their needs. Additionally, students residing in a quad occupancy suite are not permitted to host overnight guests.

*Quad style spaces are limited and will be offered to students based on the discretion of Residence Management. Preference will be given to students studying at the Davis or HMC campuses. Students will have an opportunity during the application process to indicate your room preference.
