Support for Theatre Sheridan enables new projects to be developed like the Canadian Music Theatre Project (CMTP). Launched in 2011, the CMTP is Canada’s first incubator for the development of new musicals by Canadian and international composers, lyricists and book-writers. As Canada’s largest arts school, Sheridan is committed to the meaningful development of new works.
This year, four new musicals will be workshopped through the CMTP, giving our students the opportunity to participate in the creative process of bringing new musicals to life as well as new characters.
