Destination Sheridan

Coming from far and wide to visit Sheridan? Visiting a college or university before committing is a hugely important step, but it isn't always the most economical. With our Destination Sheridan program, eligible domestic students can receive up to $250 to help cover travel costs when attending a campus tour or recruitment event.

The program is designed to alleviate some of the financial burden associated with travel, making it easier to experience our campuses to explore our spaces, connect with our community, and feel confident in your decision to choose Sheridan.

Who Can Apply

You may qualify for Travel Reimbursement if you:

  • Are a domestic student travelling more than 100 km within Canada to visit a Sheridan campus
  • Attend an official campus tour or Sheridan recruitment event between December 1, 2025 and August 31, 2026.
  • Enrol at Sheridan for Fall 2026
  • Submit the required documentation once the reimbursement process opens

What’s Covered

Students can receive reimbursement up to $250, based on submitted receipts. Eligible expenses may include:

  • Bus or train fare
  • Gas receipts
  • Domestic airfare
  • Rideshare or taxi travel linked to your visit

Be sure to keep all original receipts from your trip.

How It Works

Reimbursement submissions will open after Day 10 of the start of your Fall 2026 program. At that time, you’ll be able to submit:

  • Your travel receipts
  • The date of your campus visit
  • Confirmation of your Fall 2026 enrolment

Once approved, the reimbursement amount will be applied directly to your Sheridan student account.

More details and the submission link will be available closer to Fall 2026.
