Sheridan's residences feature modern, clean facilities; a safe, smoke-free environment; and fully furnished suites with common kitchen and laundry facilities.

Sheridan College Residence provides international students with all the basics needed to establish a life conducive to study abroad.  Upon arrival to Sheridan College Residence a member of the Residence team will greet you, provide you with a tour of your new home and introduce you to your roommate.

Sheridan College Residence is proud to offer you a complimentary welcome package that includes all the items that you will need to make Residence your home away from home.

Residence Facilities

Sheridan Residence offers two-bedroom suite style accommodation, housing 824 students in two residence facilities at the Sheridan Trafalgar campus and 350 students at the Sheridan Davis campus.

Each resident suite is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a shared kitchenette and a shared washroom. Each bedroom has a full XL bed, desk and chair, two drawer dresser, closet space with storage and a TV. The kitchenette has a full-sized fridge, kitchen table and chairs, microwave and a cabinet and sink with counter space.

There are common kitchens in each residence that have ovens/stoves for communal use. Students will also have access to a theatre style movie room, a games room equipped with a pool table, arcade machine and ping pong table as well as a fitness facility*.

  • Bed in a Bag - flat sheet, fitted sheet, 2 pillow cases, 1 comforter
  • 2 pillows
  • 1 bath towel
  • 1 bar of soap
  • Shower Curtain

*This complimentary package is only for new international students who are moving into residence in September and staying for the full Academic Year.

Off-campus Housing

Whether you are new to Sheridan, or returning for another semester, finding off-campus housing is an important step for many students. Sheridan has a variety of resources and links to off-campus housing providers to assist you in your search.

Custodianship

Citizenship and Immigration Canada may require foreign students in Ontario, Canada to have a legal custodian if they are under the age of 18. Sheridan refers students to Student Academic Success Services.
