Dr. Wael Ramadan is a Professor of Project Management and Strategy at Pilon School of Business. He started his journey at Sheridan College in 2009. Wael is a recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship in addition to seven other academic scholarships. Wael is a contributing author to the best-selling book: “The Keys To Our Success” in 2019 and author of the book: “The Asset That Money Can’t Buy” in 2013. 

Wael earned his PhD in 2009 from Cleveland State University (US), during which he taught in the MBA program at CSU. His research focused on business strategy and the competitive advantage of (SMEs). Wael finished his MBA in 2002 with Distinction from Maastricht School of Management (The Netherlands), and his Bachelor of Engineering in 1991 from the University College London (England).

Wael has consolidated extensive knowledge and experience in academia. He taught for 17+ years at several business schools in North America, Europe and the Middle East. He supervised tens of research projects and developed and taught 45+ courses in business and management.

Prior to academia, Wael had more than a decade of industrial experience working in several senior executive positions in the manufacturing sector. Wael lead several real estate development projects as well as several World Bank funded projects. As a training consultant Wael designed and delivered thousands of hours of tailored training including the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.

Wael spoke and delivered presentations at several international conferences and professional institutes’ events around the globe.

Language Skills: English, Arabic, French, Norwegian.

Specialization and Research Interests: Project management, strategic planning, organizational performance and training.
