Humayun Chaudhary has been a professor of taxation at the Pilon School of Business for the last ten years. He also taught at York University for almost two decades as a course director. He has over twenty years of experience working in various public and private sector organizations in accounting and finance and providing tax and management consulting to SMEs.

Humayun has completed his Ph.D. in tax policy from York University. In addition to MBA, Post MBA, MA, and LLM, he has CPA, CGA, CMA from Canada, CPA, CGMA from the USA, and FCCA and CIMA designations from the UK. Furthermore, he has recently completed an online eLearning certificate from the University of Calgary and a Higher Education Teaching certificate from Harvard University's Bok Center for Teaching and Learning.

Humayun lives in Mississauga with his wife and three kids. He enjoys reading good books and playing badminton and tennis.
