Professor, Skilled Trades Electrical Department
Dave has been teaching at Sheridan College in the electrical department since 2013 and as a full time Professor as of 2015 and brings to the college a portfolio of experiences spanning 2 decades. Dave is a Licensed 309A C&M Red Seal Master Electrician and has developed expertise in the ICI, educational and residential industries, specializing in fire alarm systems and new electrical service installations.
After working for industry leading electrical contractors in Oakville for 17 years, Dave pursued greater challenges and started his own successful electrical contracting business. Dave’s passion for sharing his knowledge with apprentices over the course of his career has led him to Sheridan College. He prides himself on teaching future electricians, in an inclusive and engaging environment, paralleling a workplace in terms of safety, due diligence and a drive for excellence.
Dave also sat as a past member on the senate committee for Sheridan College, proudly representing his FAST colleagues.
