WHAT IS A GENERAL EDUCATION ELECTIVE?

General Education electives are required courses within all Ontario College Certificates, Diplomas, and Advanced Diplomas. The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHASS) offers GenEd courses organized under five themes.

HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE AND CREDITS?

Students with previous post-secondary experience can apply for transfer credit toward their General Education requirements. GenEd also supports student pathways through Block Transfer and PLAR opportunities.
