Natasha Millar brings over 25 years of industry experience in brand strategy, innovation, and integrated marketing communications to her role as Professor and Program Coordinator at Sheridan College. She leads the Advertising & Marketing Communications program, where she combines academic rigor with real-world relevance to prepare students for dynamic careers in media, advertising, and marketing.
Natasha recently led a comprehensive program update, modernizing the curriculum to reflect current industry practices and emerging trends. This initiative ensures students graduate with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced, digitally driven communications landscape.
Prior to joining Sheridan, Natasha held senior leadership roles at major consumer brands, including:

Senior Director, Marketing at Kellogg (Cereal & Kashi brands)
Senior Manager, Brand Marketing at Kraft Heinz
Global Director, Innovation and Equity at Reckitt Benckiser

Her academic interests include media strategy, programmatic advertising, and the intersection of creativity and analytics in brand communications. She is also actively involved in curriculum development, student coaching, and academic leadership within the Pilon School of Business.
