Ramiro (Ram) Nolasco has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the De La Salle University as well as a Bachelor of Science in architecture from the University of Santo Tomas, both in Manila.  He studied Computer Aided Design and Drafting in Catonsville Community College in Maryland, and continues to develop his skills in business, architecture, computing, 3D architectural visualization and building information modelling.

Ram has a LEED Green Associate certification applying the skill and knowledge in curricular development and integration of sustainability topics in the courses he teaches. Staying green is one of Ram's passions in both architecture and teaching.

Before coming to Canada in 2008, Ram participated in the development of the Multimedia Arts Degree for the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde in Manilla.  This was a pioneering course in interactive media production back in 1999 and is currently producing hundreds of graduates practicing in the media industry.

Ram joined Sheridan College in 2008, and has taught courses in the History of Architecture, 3D Visualization, Building Information Modelling and studio courses in the Architectural Technician and Technology programs.  He continues to share the lessons he learned in his journey in architecture building success stories with his students.
