Biography

Anita Usas Neving is a Chemical Engineer with extensive experience in new product and process development in the Dairy Industry in Canada. She has been involved in the start-up of several new processing lines and brought many new dairy products to local grocery stores and industrial partners.

Prior to joining Sheridan as a full-time professor in 2016, she was a part-time faculty member at Sheridan teaching courses in chemical engineering, environmental sciences and chemistry.

Anita obtained both her B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has carried interests in applied microbiology, biochemistry and membrane separations.

Anita is a registered professional engineer (PEO).
