Jawaad received his Bachelors of Engineering from Ryerson University and continued his education at the University of Guelph earning his Masters of Engineering.

Throughout his career, Jawaad has worked in many different industries including aerospace, mobile and security. He has published 20 apps to the App Store and is the creator of CodeLaamaa, an online video game that teaches java programming.

Jawaad currently teaches iPhone app development, Web development, .Net and Java in the School of Applied Computing. Jawaad has been with Sheridan since 2011.
