Contributions to research

Supervising the project team involved in conducting research and developing a mixed reality-based system that uses the Microsoft HoloLens2 and a biosensor feature-rich wearable called VitalitiTM to receive real-time patient vitals and present these vitals, coupled with patient profile information, including trends and analysis in holographic panels. The primary goal of the holographic visualizations and user interfaces developed in the system is to present medical information in intuitive ways to support rapid decision-making for healthcare professionals monitoring patients on a ward or in a clinic.
