FedDev Ontario ARC Projects
Federal Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario), Applied Research Commercialization Initiative (ARC)*:
Sheridan recently administered 32 industry projects over two rounds of funding through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario's Applied Research Commercialization (ARC) Initiative. The ARC initiative began at Sheridan College on January 10, 2010, and had an immediate positive impact on both local businesses as well as the College. The Initiative has generated job growth, helped local companies remain competitive, and helped create new relationships between academia and industry. Teams of students and faculty have worked on projects that resulted in successful prototypes, enhanced business processes and new opportunities for our partners, while providing problem-solving experience and industry exposure for Sheridan students.The following is a list of the FedDev Ontario ARC II projects*:
