What are the implications for individuals and businesses of an extended working life?

Join Mark Venning, founder of Change Rangers and BA:IEN members for an engaging and interactive discussion about the aging workforce. What are the implications for individuals working later in life? What are the opportunities and benefits from a business management perspective?
