Students in other programs not listed above, but who require vaccines for placement, may visit Campus Health Services.

Bring the following with you to the Health Centre at your campus:

  • All previous immunization records (i.e. Yellow immunization card)
  • Your Sheridan onecard
  • Valid Ontario Health card, provincial health card (if you're from outside Ontario), or Guard Me card.

You may wish to go to your own doctor to complete required vaccinations blood and TB skin testing. Your family doctor must provide proof of immunizations/blood titres/TB tests by a note that includes all information on office letterhead and includes a signature. This proof must be provided to the Health Centre for clearance. Please note that it can take up to 6–8 weeks to complete the process.

Once all the requirements are met, a Clearance Slip will be issued by Campus Health Services for your field coordinator. For more information, please contact Campus Health Services.

Requirements for international students

If you have met these requirements before coming to Canada, you must bring proof of immunizations in English to Campus Health Services for verification. This will avoid re-immunization.

Sheridan's Campus Health Services carries all of the required immunizations and you can complete the necessary vaccinations with us once you begin your program.
