A progressive 30 years career in financial services provided Maureen with diverse experience in Human Resources Consulting, Management & Operations, Project Management, Learning Design & Facilitation, Financial Services Operations, Financial Controls Governance, and Quality Management. This work was primarily based in Canada though projects related to HR operations, consulting and financial governance included the United States and Caribbean banking operations. Following this rewarding corporate career, Maureen launched her own consulting firm with a focus on facilitation, the design, delivery and support of major training initiatives, HR operations and HR financial Governance. Her clients have included major Canadian banks, training firms and charitable organizations. Maureen has a BA from the University of Toronto and has taken many training and Quality Management related courses over the years. Maureen is enjoying the opportunity of sharing her years of Human Resource business experience and knowledge with students at Sheridan.
