Sarmad Sadik is a robotics engineer with over 9 years of industry experience. Since joining Sheridan in 2014, Sarmad has put his energy and passion into many initiatives at the Centre for Advanced Manufacturing and Design Technologies (CAMDT).

With a work history in robotics, a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University, and as a Post Doctoral Fellow conducting research on Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Sarmad’s background is impressive. He worked in Manufacturing engineering at MPD – Canada and Propack Processing & Packaging Systems Canada, as well as Automation Engineering at Super Pufft, all of which has given him a wealth of industry experience that he brings to CAMDT as a Technologist.
