Chuks Ezeokafor
Chuks Ezeokafor is a senior technology and business leader recognized for driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and inclusive innovation across industries. As Vice President of Information Technology, he leads enterprise IT at Spicers Canada, aligning technology with business growth, sustainability, and customer experience goals.
Before joining Spicers, Chuks advanced digital and data capabilities in the safety, energy, and manufacturing sectors, most notably leading enterprise modernization at Levitt-Safety. Earlier in his career, he held senior IT leadership roles at ConocoPhillips, AltaGas, and Spartan Controls, and co-owned RMV Publications, which published Where magazine in the Canadian Rockies.
A passionate advocate for technology-enabled equity and leadership development, Chuks serves on multiple boards including Sheridan College, the Ontario Science Centre, COSTI, and the John Ware Institute, where he is Board Chair. Across these organizations, he champions innovation, governance excellence, and pathways that expand opportunity for underrepresented communities.
Chuks holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, and BSc and MSc degrees in Computer Science from the University of Lagos.
