    Counselling & support

    We understand that this situation can cause anxiety and stress. If you need support, please reach out! There are many services and resources available to support you.

    Medical assistance

    If you experience flu-like symptoms with a fever, please contact your local family doctor or call Telehealth Ontario (open 24/7) at 1-866-797-000.

    Note: All three of Sheridan's campus Health Centres are closed until, at minimum, April 30.

  • IT Service Desk

    IT Service Desk is available to provide support remotely (phone, chat, email) Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–10 p.m.

  • Campus Bookstores

    While the physical locations are closed, our Campus Bookstores are still open online for orders.

  • Office of the Registrar & Contact Centre

    Our staff are available by email or by phone to help you with everything from program information and career advising to admissions questions, financial aid, transcripts, timetables and enrolment letters. Visit myOTR for resources.

    Our Contact Centre is only a phone call away: (905) 845-9430, Option 4. You can also email your questions to info.sheridan@sheridancollege.ca. If you're an applicant or a current student, please use your Sheridan email account when contacting us, and include your Sheridan ID to help us confirm your identity.

    Our team in the International Centre is here to answer your questions and provide support remotely.

  • Campus SafeWalk

    Due to the closure and in consideration of everyone's health and safety, we recommend you do not come to campus. However, should you need to be on campus and would still like to access the Campus SafeWalk service, Sheridan Security will continue to assist students with their on-campus safety.
