While our campuses are closed, we're still here to support you! Our services and business operations have transitioned to alternative formats, with staff working remotely to support you online and/or over the phone:

  • Accessible Learning

    Moving to different delivery models of classes may impact your academic accommodations. We're here to help you navigate this process!

    If you've already registered with Accessible Learning and would like to talk to someone about your academic accommodations, please email your Accessible Learning Advisor. If you don't know who your Advisor is, you can email askanadvisor@sheridancollege.ca.

  • Cooperative Education

    Your health and wellbeing is our priority. We're advising employers and students to prioritize their health and safety and safeguard the health of our community by complying with the advice being issued by public health officials regarding COVID-19.

    Our intent is to support our students so they can earn recognition and credit for their work terms, and we're exploring all options for student success even if their work term has been shortened as a result of COVID-19.

    If you have questions or need support, please connect with your usual Co-op department contact by email. If you're unsure who to contact, email coopenq@sheridancollege.ca. Please note that responses to voice messages may be delayed, so email is the preferred method of communication.

  • Counselling & Support

    We understand that this situation can cause anxiety and stress. If you need support, please reach out! There are many counselling services and resources available to support you.

  • Financial Assistance – Government Resources

    The Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario have announced several sources of financial assistance for those facing hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Food & Housing – Community Resources

    Food and housing security is a challenge for many people during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you need assistance, please reach out to one of these community organizations that offer food or housing assistance.

  • Health Services

    While our on-campus Health Centres are closed, the following services are available remotely:

    • Telephone and virtual visits are still available with our doctors and nurse practitioner.
    • Nurses are also available for consultation daily from 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
    • Prescriptions may still be renewed, and many forms can still be processed.

  • International students

    Our International team is here to answer your questions and provide support remotely.

  • IT Service Desk

    IT Service Desk is available to provide support remotely (phone, chat, email) Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–10 p.m.

  • Library & Learning Services

    Our Library & Learning Services team is here to support you remotely, during the Library's regular service hours. Please email library@sheridancollege.ca or connect with us through our online chat system.

    We also encourage you to check out the many resources available to help you with your remote learning.

  • Office of the Registrar & Contact Centre

    Our staff are available by email or by phone to help you with everything from program information and career advising to admissions questions, financial aid, transcripts, timetables and enrolment letters. Visit myOTR for resources.

    Our Contact Centre is only a phone call away: (905) 845-9430, Option 4. You can also email your questions to infosheridan@sheridancollege.ca. If you're an applicant or a current student, please use your Sheridan email account when contacting us, and include your Sheridan ID to help us confirm your identity.

  • Student Advisement

    If you have any concerns or questions about your academics, Student Advisement can help. We can help you create a personalized plan for reaching your academic goals and help you navigate any changes you need to make to your program (e.g., adjusting your course load, taking a break from studies etc.).
