Teresa Sanderson

Teresa Sanderson has been a member of the Sheridan community since 2019.  Teresa has held a variety of roles including Acting Director, Budgets and Financial Planning; Senior Manager, Finance and Business Services; and Director, Capital Planning and Asset Management. She is currently the Senior Manager, Administrative Operations for the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.  Prior to joining Sheridan, Teresa held progressive roles and senior positions in finance and administrative areas within large, global private sector organizations including Edgewell Personal Care, Estee Lauder and Grant Brothers.
 
Over her career, Teresa has excelled in bringing together her professional acumen and technical experience with strong interpersonal skills and a great attitude towards collaboration and relationship-building.  Teresa is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Economics and Sociology from York University. Additionally, Teresa has multiple professional certifications in the areas of data analytics, asset and risk management, and leadership which complement her knowledge and experience and on-going commitment to professional development.
