Lucy Qi

Lucy Qi is a forward-looking and innovative finance executive with a proven track record of financial stewardship, strategic leadership, change management and board governance.

Currently, Lucy is the Vice President, Financial Reporting at the WSIB, one of the largest insurance institutions and public sector organizations in Canada. She has previously held financial leadership roles in both public and private sectors, and her wide-ranging portfolio spans asset management, insurance, technology, public accounting and a tenure as an international accounting standard setter.

In addition to serving on Sheridan's Board of Governors, Lucy also serves on the Investment Committee of the Ontario Hospital Association. Lucy is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant, and holds a Master of Accounting, and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management, both from the University of Waterloo.
