Chantalle Butler

Chantalle Butler is a seasoned financial executive and board leader with more than 25 years of experience driving performance, capital discipline and enterprise transformation across large, complex organizations. A Chartered Professional Accountant and NACD Certified Director, she brings deep expertise in financial strategy, operational finance, M&A, capital allocation, governance and risk management.

Chantalle is currently Chief Financial Officer of Sofina Foods Canada, where she leads the finance organization and partners with the executive leadership team to drive business performance, strengthen financial and capital discipline and support the company's long-term growth strategy.

Previously, Chantalle served as Chief Financial Officer of Molson Coors Canada, leading financial strategy, planning, capital allocation and reporting for the multibillion-dollar Canadian business. Her strategic leadership and consistent delivery of results led to her promotion to President of Molson Coors Canada, expanding her responsibility to full business and P&L leadership. Earlier in her career, she held senior finance roles at George Weston Limited, including Group Controller, with responsibility spanning public company reporting, controls, capital evaluation and M&A.

Chantalle also brings extensive board and governance experience. She served for five years as Chair of The Beer Store and has chaired Finance & Audit and Governance & HR Committees for multiple joint ventures. Her governance approach combines transparency and disciplined oversight with constructive challenge, with a focus on aligning financial strategy, performance and risk.

Chantalle holds a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Mathematics (Honours Accountancy) from the University of Waterloo. She earned her CPA, CA designation with Ontario Honour Roll distinction and completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Program.
