If you're transferring to Sheridan from an Ontario private college, you may be eligible for advanced standing or Prior Learning Assessment Recognition (PLAR) — this means you may get credit for courses completed in your previous studies.

*To be eligible for the OCAS application fee reimbursement you must be enrolled in a full-time Winter 2027 program at Sheridan College as of January 20, 2027. If you are ineligible for an offer, you do not accept an offer, or you do not register in classes, you will not receive the reimbursement.
