Sheridan alumni capturing talent on Canada’s Walk of Fame

Recent Sheridan graduates are playing an important role in capturing the accomplishments of Canada’s sports and cultural icons. A team of four alumni have been selected to create video profiles of inductees to Canada’s Walk of Fame as part of the Canada’s Walk of Fame x NBCUniversal: Future Storytellers program.

This initiative empowers the next generation of talent in the film industry by giving them the chance to make their mark in the industry. Honours Bachelor of Film and Television 2023 graduates Minerva Navasca, Ella Saini, Laura King and Reese Barrow were chosen to create video vignettes of several of this year’s inductees. The alumnae attended the Walk of Fame gala on December 2, along with Bachelor of Film and Television media coordinator Desirée Thyme.

Full video profiles will be available in 2024.
