The two-year Interior Decorating Program at Sheridan Institute specializes in the decoration of residential and small commercial spaces. Students in this program will be trained in the specific skills required to successfully gain employment in the decorating industry. Curriculum includes courses designed to improve verbal and graphic communications, prepare portfolio presentations and introduce business concepts, marketing and sales techniques as well as drafting and AutoCADD skills.
This is the perfect program for those who want to combine their interest in interior decorating with contemporary business acumen. The program's many field trips, as well as the field placement, provide students with a working knowledge of the industry prior to graduation.
