Student Success Officers
Student Success Officers are information specialists and will serve as students initial contacts within the Student Advisement Centre. We are always more than happy to help answer any questions our students may have regarding anything about Sheridan and their experience while they are here.
If students need help and don't know where to find it, are looking for information, are unsure of their next steps or are unclear about campus services please feel free to stop by! As information specialists, we can also help students with information regarding other areas of student services too. If you need to know locations, office hours or contact information for the other student service areas, feel free to stop by and see us. |

Student Advisors
Student Advisors are here to discuss questions and concerns by meeting with students on an individual basis; if students are unsure of where to go, whom to see or what to do, they can come to see us and we wil develop a clear and constructive action plan that will outline their next steps. We provide objective information that will assist them in making as informed a decision as possible.
Among many others, here are some of the more popular services that we offer: We help students understand various college policies and procedures in detail, and refer them to additional Sheridan departments/services and community resources that will supplement their learning; students should also meet with us first if they have been placed on academic probation, or are thinking about dropping a course(s) or withdrawing from a program. |
