What is the procedure for the mid-term and final evaluations?

The student and the supervising teacher should complete their copy of the evaluation form independently. This information is then shared and discussed during a meeting time to clarify the competency levels assigned.

Are we required to check the student's medical record?

Students will not be assigned to their first placement until they have completed the Sheridan Health Centre requirements. This procedure ensures that they have the required documentation and immunizations for the duration of their program.
