Change to Personal Status
In order that we may maintain accurate student records, it is necessary that you notify us of any changes to your name, address, or telephone number. Requests for changes to names shown in Sheridan records must be accompanied by official documentation supporting such a change and should be directed to the Office of the Registrar. To update your address or telephone number, login to Access/Sheridan (available at the top of the page) and select myStudent Centre. Alternatively, you can advise the Office of the Registrar in person, or by mail, fax or phone.
