OntarioLearn Course Login

Courses with a Location of "ONTLEARN"

The log-in for Ontario Learn courses are done in two (2) steps, using the same Username and Password in both steps.

Your course is located on the OntarioLearn server. Click on the following link http://www.ontariolearn.com/ then click Log-in.

Step 1: To locate your Username and Password for OntarioLearn, please click the links labeled: What is my password? What is my username? Once you have logged in, you will get a listing of all the courses you are registered for, click on the course you want to start.

Step 2: Enter the same Username and Password to log-in to your actual course.

Important Note:
When you change a password in OntarioLearn, please remember that you may have different passwords for the different course platforms, but your username stays the same.

Register Today

Then scroll down to the list of your courses.

To access your courses, just click on the [Course Title] link, and the course access screen will be displayed.

The Course Access screen is a little different depending which delivery platform your course is using. There are mainly 3 platforms being used - Fist Class -
WebCT - and Black Board.

Whichever platform is being used it is the same UserID and PassWord as you used to log in to the web portal above.

Your Username: sh-xxxyyyyyyy
Your Password: newone

Be very careful when you change passwords, because the system allows you to have
different passwords for the portal and the 3 platforms.

If you change passwords please
write it for each platform and keep it in a safe place.

Note:
Sheridan's course name may differ slightly from the OntarioLearn/Host College course name; course codes will also be different.

Access to OntarioLearn courses occur on the scheduled OntarioLearn Start Date. You cannot access your course prior to the start date.

Also, it may take up to 48 hours to activate your account on OntarioLearn, after your course registration.
