I started Access Control Sales 23 years ago after having worked for a Danish electronics manufacturer introducing/establishing their product line throughout Canada. I set up distribution in every major city in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and B.C.
I decided to try to do this for myself by acquiring the exclusive Canadian rights to non-established product lines.
My biggest accomplishment (in terms of business) is going from day one in my own business with zero dollars in sales to millions.
My one piece of advice to students –– listen to what the teachers/customers say.
