Jon Minnis was born in Birmingham, England. He studied animation at Sheridan and won an Academy Award for his student film Charade. He now divides his time between directing, writing and script editing for television. His most recent projects include What’s with Andy? (writer/script editor), the feature The Gangs of New Port Richey (writer) and Tripping the Rift (director/writer/script editor).
