If your final exam is online, you should complete it online as outlined by the instructor in the course schedule.
The booking deadline is 2 weeks prior to the end of the semester or the end of the course.
To re-schedule an exam, just re-book the exam at the new date or time, and the last booking automatically takes priority. You do not need to contact us for that.
To cancel an exam booking entirely, just send us an email with your name the course code and the date/time the exam was booked for.

Midterm exams and/or tests are normally written during week 6 & 7 after the course start date.
We will arrange everything with the test centers and make sure to have your test ready on the day you arrive to write it.
The test center is an individual walk-in center at the following 2 locations.
Test Center #1: Skills Training Center, room A-18
407 Iroquois Shore Road, Oakville, Ontario, L6H 1M3
Test Center #2: Davis Campus, room B-123
7899 McLaughlin Road, Brampton, Ontario, L6Y 5H9
Students must show photo ID. i.e. drivers license.
$10 charge for Sheridan Students, pay at Academic Services
$25 charge for Other Students, pay at Academic Services
No charge for OntarioLearn and Distance Learning students |

Due to the OntarioLearn final exam deadline,
exam writing outside of the regular scheduled exam days, cannot be granted independent of any reason.
In personal medical circumstances, documentation must be submitted prior to scheduling of an alternate exam date as explained below.
The documentation must be issued by a Canadian Doctor in a legible and easy to read English language.
The documentation must carry the name, address and phone number of the doctor who may be called by the College for verification.
For yourself, the following documentation may be submitted.
-1) A letter from a doctor certifying that your medical condition at the time prevents you from writing the exam.
On behalf of your immediate family, the following documentation may be submitted. -2) A copy of the death certificate. Any other causes are not considered.Please fax documentation, for consideration, to Online Education, Davis Campus 905-874-4340. |
Any request for a medical extension must be submitted prior to the last day of the course, and an extension of up to a maximum of two weeks may be granted, pending the submitted documentation.
Any requests received after the last day of the course cannot be considered at all. |
