You must then complete the Offsite Testing Request Form. We strongly recommend that you complete your HOAE test at Sheridan College or another college that is conducting the test. Obtaining the results

Test results are used for selection purposes and are not released to the applicant until after selection. The results provide a relative ranking based on averages from all applicants who have taken HOAE and are specific to each particular program. Sheridan uses this information to assign points. The points achieved through HOAE testing and previous academic grades are then combined to give total points. Applicants are ranked based on the total points. Your results will be mailed to you after the program has been filled.

Transferring HOAE results

Transferring of HOAE results will be done through Ontario Colleges. Applicants who completed HOAE at another college must make sure their HOAE results are available by February 11, 2012 for May 2012 intake, and by February 27, 2012 for September 2012 intake.
