National Philanthropy Day 2020

November 15 is National Philanthropy Day, a day to celebrate those who give back all over the world. This year, that’s especially important.

The pandemic has put tremendous pressure on our students and communities. But it has also revealed the compassion and generosity of our supporters. They’ve continued to support technology our students need, scholarships, Academic Awards, and opportunities for students to share their work in the community.

At the outset of the pandemic, Dalveen Padda, a fourth-year Bachelor of Business Administration student, accessed the COVID-19 Emergency Financial Aid Bursary. That support helped her continue her studies. Now, she’s preparing to finish her degree.

National Philanthropy Day is the perfect time to celebrate all you do to support students when they need it most. In a world of unrelenting change, we’re ever grateful for your steadfast support. On behalf of all students, thank you.
