Starting at Sheridan in Fall 2021?
We can’t wait for you to join us this Fall at Sheridan! To help you get ready to start, we’ve planned a lot of informative, fun, and interactive activities throughout the summer that you can join. Learn what it takes to be a successful student in the Succeeding @ Sheridan Workshops, meet new friends in the social drop-ins, find out where and how to access different resources in self-guided tutorials, and join New Student Orientation to kick off your Sheridan experience.

To help you get ready for studying at Sheridan we are hosting a variety of workshops on various topics all designed to help you Transition Well to Sheridan.

Want to meet other students starting at Sheridan this fall? Join us for a social drop-in. In these one-hour socials led by student leaders, you can connect with your future classmates! Join by cultural and identity group or by program:
- Faculty of Animations, Arts & Design (FAAD)
- Faculty of Applied Health & Community Studies (FAHCS)
- Faculty of Applied Science & Technology (FAST)
- Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences (FHASS)
- Pilon School of Business (PSB)
If you would like to meet one-on-one with an upper-year student, you can also sign up to meet with a Peer Mentor.
Bruins Bootcamp and New Student Orientation
On August 30 & 31, join us virtually for two days of fun and information to help you prepare for starting at Sheridan during Bruins Bootcamp, where you will be able to win prizes, connect with others, and learn about how to make the most of your Sheridan life.
From September 1–3, your New Student Orientation – Program Specific sessions will be happening where you will be able to:
- Meet your professors
- Connect with other students in your program
- Hear about upper-year student experiences
- Discover everything you need to know about starting your new program
