Due to COVID-19 precautions and measures, the Sheridan Research Office is closed until we receive instruction from the College. Our staff are available by email and phone during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you need to connect with us, please email research@sheridancollege.ca or contact a member of our staff directly.

The Sheridan Research office was established to identify, facilitate and nurture research opportunities and partnerships across Sheridan's three campuses and out in the communities that Sheridan serves. We are here to help support faculty, staff and students throughout the research process, and to connect industry and community partners with research expertise and high-quality facilities at Sheridan.

The Sheridan Research office provides support for such services as:

  • Identifying funding sources
  • Matching and facilitating partnerships
  • Grant administration
  • Grant application support
  • Research Ethics Board support
  • Payroll set-up and processing for students involved in research
  • Financial reporting
  • Marketing and communications support to celebrate research successes
